Do I need to have an injury to have Physical Therapy?
No, Physical Therapist are the musculoskeletal experts of the human body. Our therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation and assess your functional mobility. We will identify any strength abnormalities, evaluate functional movement patterns, and correct any functional imbalances that may be causing an injury, or can lead to a future injury. Following the evaluation, your therapist will use a combination of hands-on manual therapy and corrective exercise to optimize your physical conditioning and performance.
