Your exercise program is designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength Specialist designed specifically for you.
Send messages or emails directly to your doctor when you have them. We do our best to be fast and responsive to all of our clients' needs.
Each exercise will have a video to thoroughly explain the movement so you can execute with precision.
Dont worry about a program being inadequate or too much for you. Our programs evolve as you do.
Our DPTs will get you to your goals while remaining injury-free during your journey.
Somethings can't be said via messaging. We offer video or in-person consults when we needed to progress your programming.
With each program we start from scratch. We do not use templates or a cookie-cutter approach. When we say 100% custom; we mean it. Plan to workout 2x/week or 6; we will design a program for you that matches your needs to reach your goals.

Go the gym at whatever time fits your schedule. Your plan will be delivered one month at a time, directly to your preferred email. You complete the daily work out and report back to your doctor how you tolerated the day. We will constantly work with you to adjust the program as necessary to suit your needs.
Life get in the way? Cant workout because your too busy today? Thats okay! That is why the program is designed with you in mind. Our clients can choose when (what days and at what time) they get to do their program.

This is the first time you will meet with your coach (either online or in person) to review your goals extensively.
1 on 1 performance training and individualized exercise based on your unique goals. Whether its getting fit, shedding a few pounds, or getting ready to compete; our strength and conditioning specialist have you covered.
Individualized and custom exercise programming designed with you in mind. Each program is truly customized to the unique individual; that is we do not use boiler plate templates or a cookie cutter approach. You work with your doctor to determine a plan that fits your needs based on your fitness goals.
This program is repeated monthly until cancelled.
Nutrition planning with flexible dieting. Getting in shape is 70% in the kitchen and 30% in the gym. You cannot out exercise a bad nutrition plan, but you can out eat a bad workout plan. Get customized macronutrient breakdown and plans based on your fitness needs.
Once you have your macronutrient breakdown, you get to be flexible in eating what you want, when you want it. As long as it fits within your daily goals, you can eat it.
